The National Maritime Museum is a big white building slap-bang in the middle of Greenwich. By day it’s full of school trips and families, but by night it dreams of the mystery and danger of the sea… Join us at the National Maritime Museum which has mysteriously sunk beneath the waves! For our first ever Fun Palace come for a free day of fun; Plunge into adventure, explore coral reefs and trade treasures! Just be careful you don’t get in over your head!



The National Maritime Museum Submerged!
10:15am Early birds will have a chance to meet intrepid aquatic explorer Captain Barnacles from CBeebies' hit show The Octonauts!
11:00am The day opens with incredible performances by South London Samba and The London International Choir. Toe-tapping and singing along are mandatory!
12:15am Olly Pike, storyteller and CBBC actor, will be reading his book Prince Henry!
11:15am All day long there will be more things to do than you can shake a tentacle at: Learn to vogue, build a coral reef, go on an alternative tour of the museum, decorate a submarine, play a game of digital espionage, try out a career as a curator or make a giant rainbow kite. Prepare to submerge yourself!
04:00pm At 4PM everybody will join a procession around the Museum lead by South London Samba in our grand finale!
