This year, Barrowford Library celebrates its 70th birthday; first opened in 1956, the library has served generations of Barrowfordians since then. To celebrate, Barrowford Library is turning its Fun Palace into a 1950s style Tea Party! The library will be decked out in bunting, and there’ll be musical entertainment, crafts and all manner of fun with a 1950s theme. The Friends of Barrowford Library will also be on hand to serve delicious vintage-inspired cakes and drinks.
