This is free sharing of art skills mini fun palace session in an arts space in a shopping centre (first floor). Come and share your creative skills while reflecting on mental health aspects f the menopause.

Also we will have a go at instantly responding to local artists work through ideas about mental wellbeing and menopause. We will make our own word or art responses to a particular artwork and together we will together curate a temporary art exhibition to last until 30 Oct.
