Description

As part of Scotland’s year of Coasts and Waters, three local artists, Jacqueline Briggs, Alice Taylor and Izzy Thomson, have been supported by Scottish Natural Heritage’s ‘Plunge In! Coasts and Waters Community Fund’ to work in partnership with Cromarty Courthouse Museum. We will be displaying a large community artwork celebrating Cromarty’s connection to the sea. We can’t wait to share these beautiful, handmade Cromarty sea stories with you!

Timetable

Friday 1st October 2021

12:00

The Community artwork will be on display both Saturday and Sunday in the Courthouse garden weather permitting – or inside the museum if its chucking it!

The three artists will be there to tell you more about the project. It would be great to have your feedback and any ideas for where we can take it next 🙂

The Cromarty Courthouse gift shop will also be open over the weekend selling a fine range of books and locally handcrafted items.
