Beth yw Palas Hwyl?
Mae Palas Hwyl yn ddigwyddiad lleol, rhad ac am ddim sy\’n dathlu pob cymuned unigryw a sgiliau a diddordebau\’r rhai sy\’n byw yno. Gallwch ddarganfod mwy am Palasau Hwyl ledled y DU yn: www.funpalaces.co.uk
Sut ydw i\’n ymuno?
1) Archebwch docyn am ddim ar gyfer y digwyddiad trwy Eventbrite – dyma’r linc: https://typawbfunpalace.eventbrite.co.uk
2) Ar ddiwrnod y digwyddiad, gwiriwch eich blwch derbyn ar gyfer y gwahoddiad Zoom. (Bydd yr un e-bost wedi\’i gysylltu â\’ch cyfrif Eventbrite a gall fod yn eich ffolder sbam os na allwch ddod o hyd iddo.)
3) Cyn i chi ymuno â\’r digwyddiad am 1pm ddydd Sadwrn 3 Hydref, gwiriwch fod eich gwe-gamera a\’ch sain yn gweithio ac nad oes unrhyw beth yn y cefndir y byddech chi\’n anghyfforddus gydag aelodau\’r cyhoedd yn ei weld (ee lluniau o blant, cyfleustodau wedi\’i binio) bil neu ddillad isaf ar y rheiddiadur!)
4) Cliciwch y ddolen pan fyddwch chi\’n barod i ymuno (mae\’n sesiwn galw heibio, felly peidiwch â phoeni os ydych chi\’n rhedeg yn hwyr!) A dilynwch yr awgrymiadau ar eich sgrin.
A yw\’r sesiwn yn addas i deuluoedd
Mae croeso i deuluoedd ddod i’r sesiwn, ond rhaid i blant fod yng nghwmni oedolyn neu byddant yn cael eu datgysylltu o’r ‘ystafell gyfarfod’. Rydym yn argymell bod teuluoedd yn cadw eu camerâu eu hunain wedi\’u diffodd, neu\’n wedi pwyntio at oedolion / dwylo yn gweithio ar eu prosiect crefft yn hytrach nag ar wynebau plant.
Pa sgiliau alla i eu rhannu?
Bydd amser tua diwedd y sesiwn i\’r grŵp rannu eu sgiliau. Cadwch ef yn fyr ac yn felys a meddyliwch am yr hyn y bydd gan bobl fynediad iddo gartref. Gall eich sgil fod yn gwau bysedd, origami, neu hyd yn oed rhywbeth digidol fel gwneud clip graffig neu sain gyda meddalwedd am ddim.
Peidiwch â phoeni os ydych chi\’n teimlo swil am hyn – nid yw\’n orfodol, dim ond yn eich annog!

What is a Fun Palace?
A Fun Palace is a free, local event that celebrates every unique community and the skills and interests of those who live there. You can find out more about Fun Palaces across the UK at: www.funpalaces.co.uk How do I join in?
1) Book a free ticket for the event via Eventbrite. https://typawbfunpalace.eventbrite.co.uk
2) On the day of the event, check your inbox for the Zoom invite. (It will be the same email connected to your Eventbrite account and may be in your spam folder if you can’t find it.)
3) Before you join the event at 1pm on Saturday 3rd October, check that your webcam and audio work and that there’s nothing in the background that you’d be uncomfortable with members of the public seeing (e.g. photos of children, a pinned up utility bill or underwear on the radiator!)
4) Click the link when you’re ready to join (it’s a drop-in session, so don’t worry if you’re running late!) and follow the prompts on your screen.
Is the session suitable for families?Families are welcome to attend the session, but children must be accompanied by an adult or they will be disconnected from the ‘meeting room’. We recommend that families keep their own cameras switched off, or pointed at adults / hands working on their craft project rather than at children’s faces.
What skills can I share?Time towards the end of the session will be for the group to share their skills with each other. Keep it short and sweet and think about what people will have access to at home. Your skill might be finger knitting, origami, or even something digital like making a graphic or audio clip with free software. Don’t worry if you feel too shy for this – it isn’t compulsory, just encouraged!
