Description

Leyland Library is delighted to host another Fun Palace on Saturday 5 October 2024 for all ages and every generation. We have music and entertainment for children and adults, a Local History talk and craft activities throughout the day. Also our hand-sewing group will have produced a quilting banner, which will be presented to mark the 50th birthday celebrations in November 2024. New and exciting technology being used with our new interactive table and coding activities. Everyone is welcome!

What to expect

10am -12pm:   Leyland’s Heritage Road Trip - Local Historical Society

10am -12pm: Adult crafts using felting materials – Friends of Leyland library

10am -12pm: Lego club – Library staff

10am – 4pm: Coding club – Lancashire Adult Learning

2 – 4pm: Learn an instrument while singing for fun – Friends of Leyland library

2 – 4pm: Embroidered flowers cards – Friends of Leyland library

2 – 4pm: Study group and crafts - Culture Hacks

2 – 4pm: Children's crafts – Library staff
