Description

This will be Lancaster's eleventh annual Fun Palace. Last year's event featured over 25 different interactive arts, science, craft, tech, digital, heritage and sports activities with over 1200 attendees.

What to expect

10am – 12pm: Fashion Upcycling - Lancashire LEAP

10am -12pm: Learn Chess - Lancaster Chess Club

10am – 4pm: Hat decorating - Friends of Lancaster Library

10am – 4pm: Making activities - Lancaster and Morecambe Makers

10am - 4pm: Crystal growing - Lancaster University Chemistry department

10am – 4pm: 3D Maths - Lancaster University Maths department

10am - 4pm: Creative Crafts - Lancashire Adult Learning

10am – 4pm: Creative Writing - Litfest

10am – 4pm: Map Project - Friends of Lancaster Library

Some activities have limited places and will be allocated on a 'first come first served' basis. Some waiting time may be involved.

There will also be a Lego Robotics Family Fun Day up at the Judges Lodgings Museum as part of Lancaster Fun Palace.
