Ruby will show you how to make little abstract concertina books inspired by poetry on her Facebook page at 2pm. Below are the material you will need to join in on the day or you can watch the workshop to have a go later! (Approx. 40 mins)
Large sheet of paper (A2/A3 paper but A4 will work – watercolour paper is best)
Selection of coloured acrylic paints
An old credit or store card
Optional: Oil pastels or Soft/chalk pastels

Seated yoga is suitable for all and is great for those with limited space, that are new to yoga or have an injury or limited mobility.
Join Maria from Boxmoor Yoga at 4pm on her YouTube channel this Saturday at our Virtual Fun Palace for a yoga session you can do sitting down!
Join Anna’s Funky Art for a Family Collage Workshop at 11am on Sat 3 Oct. All you need is some glue, scissors and a selection of old magazines to join in. A great activity for all.

Yay, our programme of activities is now confirmed! We have storytelling with drama and songs, collage, a talk on frogs and toads, dance, hedgehog cookie tutorial, concertina book making, baby rhyme time and seated yoga. Plenty for all 🙂
