Description

Our Fun Palace will be a hive of activity with free activities going on for all ages and tastes to enjoy.

What to expect

We are hoping to bring you:

  • 10 am – 12pm Origami with Jake
  • 10 am – 12pm Rossendale Family Hub network – Badge making and crafts
  • 10am – 4pm - Activities with Lancashire Adult Learning -This year the theme is ‘Joy of Reading’, there will be craft activities and Digital activities with the Duolingo ABC app.
  • 11am – Mini Me Time Sessions
  • 10am onwards - Rawtenstall Fire & Rescue with fire engine
  • 12pm – 2pm – Rossendale Family Hub network - puppet making
  • 1:30pm – 4pm - Bacup Library Playwrights present a series of short pieces of new writing
  • 2pm – 4pm – Origami with Jake
  • 2pm – 4pm - Ancestry/Family History Workshop
  • 12pm - 2pm - Incredible Edible Green activity – Painting and colouring beasties you find in the garden, leaf art and clay modelling to take home.
  • 1pm - 2pm - Audience with local children's author George Kirk.
