Launceston Square Street Scene coordinated by Launceston Library Fun Palace

We loved the Fun Palaces street scene depicting community activity and thought to create a 360 degree black and white view of our own Launceston Square to convert into a collaborative work of art.
Members of the public can collect their own ‘piece of the street’ to colour and return to the library to be joined up and displayed as a completed scene.
Some sections will become bookmarks and keep sakes once the project is complete.

Description

We’re hoping each section of the street will be returned coloured with its own artists character and personality, ready to stick back together again as a new version of our own Launceston Fun Palaces Street scene.

As events happen over that weekend let’s hope there’s a chance we can take or make images of makers, artists and creators to add to our scene!
