Accrington Library Fun Palace

This is our third Fun Palace and we are hoping to build on the excitement from the previous two. The Teen Xtreme Reading Hacks are already planning family friendly craft and games – keep an eye out for more details of all our activities, which we’ll announce here as they are confirmed.

Adlington Library Fun Palace

This is our second Fun Palace and we aim to build on last year’s success. We are hoping to have activities such as a Science Spectacular, live Music, Arts & Crafts, Posture checks and others still to be confirmed. Watch this space… They’ll be listed here once they have been arranged.

Balsall Common Fun Palace

Balsall Common Library will be transforming into a Fun Palace for the day! Join library staff, local artists, community groups and volunteers for a day of stories, games, experiments, workshops, crafts, gardening, and much much more – plus all the great things the library usually offers. If you live in or near Balsall Common and have an idea, skill to share or want to help, get in touch – your Fun Palace needs you!

Boundary Estate Fun Palace

For the fourth year Boundary Estate residents will be working together to make a community Fun Palace, bringing a day of free arts, science and sport to everyone who wants to come along. In the past three years we’ve all been able to meet a ferret, conduct an orchestra, make a banner, debate with a Guardian journalist, play tennis, play a life-size operation game, discover local history, meet worms and take part in hundreds of other interactive art, craft, tech, science and sport activities.

Brierfield Library Fun Palace

This is our very first Fun Palaces and we are happy to be joining our friends across Lancashire in cooking up some exciting activities for all ages.

Burngreave Library Fun Palace

Everybody has talent. We are all specialists in our own areas of interest. Come along & join us to make, create &explore the creative activities at Burngreave Library. There’ll be opportunities to learn & make your own music, kite making, creative writing, crafts & much more! All activities are suitable for people of all ages to join in, discover your inner artist & become part of Community! “Be an ambassador for yourself, your community & your country” Look forward to seeing you on the day

Chichester Festival Theatre Fun Palace

Join us for our annual Fun Palaces adventure, with free activities, events and workshops for all. Try your hand at something new, see the building in a different light, or meet others doing exciting practical activities, all for free.
